We bought these after reading many reviews of the outdoor running shoe. Our child attended a new running club and experienced heel pain in a variety of shoes. They were very light, no-fuss, and the soles held up well for trail running and everyday activities. The power supply is starting to wear out a bit, but doesn't wear out, and there's no problem with the tensioning mechanism. Overall the looks are ugly but it was a huge hit and very functional for our kid.
