We got this smart robot over the weekend and it was the highlight of the weekend for my kids especially my son. He was delighted when the robot arrived and couldn't wait to open it. He kept asking for it while it charged for the required 2 hours and played with it all weekend. He could dance with it, program it and learn from it. My 1 year old daughter was a bit scared of it at first ;) but after seeing how much her brother liked it, she soon wanted to play with him too. Not only did my son play with it all day, he even asked about the robot at night before bed. She quickly became one of his favorite toys. As a parent, I like that it's interactive and educational. It has fun songs and music that will make kids sing and dance. It teaches them science facts and the basics of computer coding, as you can program the robot's movements to follow a specific sequence. The motion sensors are also very handy and new to me as a parent, although my son doesn't seem too keen on that aspect. The remote control is easy to understand and use, and the robot is age appropriate and seems well suited to both younger and older children. I can't say anything about the durability yet as I haven't had it that long, but so far the quality seems to be very good. Overall, as a family, I think this is a great toy! One that many kids will love as it will keep them entertained for hours and parents love because it is educational too! I highly recommend this toy as a gift for a friend or just for my own child.
