I like that you can drag-drop email addresses in easily without having them saved as contacts first! It's also nice how it allows me access my CRM even if i'm not at home when someone sends out notifications for meetings/appointments etc., so they get sent directly there instead of via phone call (which is more difficult). Sometimes after refreshing mailroom page sometimes takes some time before new messages are visible again - but then just try reloading once your inbox has been updated with all mails received since last refresh? Also wish this was available back during trial period :P Just use @SalesForce support ;) Great tool which saves tons og work!! This really helps us keep our contact lists up2date while we're away working remotely :) We don't have any problems anymore using maillinkedin integration within sales force.
