Very good emergency light bar!
The construction is solid enough to be suitable for outdoor use. The power cord is quite long, although there's a weatherproof plug next to the light, which will need to be sealed somehow for an outdoor installation. The power/selector switches are mounted in a small box a few feet from the power plug. The suction cups were light and warped in the box - I replaced them with better ones I had lying around. The light is pretty bright and has a few different flashing modes - you should be able to find one or two that you'll be using the most. All in all a pretty good value for a bright emergency light!
