Their customer service is superb! With any issue we had it was resolved almost immediately after submitting an inquiry. I highly recommend contacting them about using their services. Great work!! You won’t be disappointed. The ability to send emails directly into our ATS system and not having to go back and forth between two pieces of software (like ours did). Being able to track applicants from start-to finish was another benefit. The system is easy to use and navigate. Everything about this program is very user friendly! I have nothing that I dislike at this point. It has been amazing! This software is so easy for employees to use and it helps reduce paperwork. We are able to easily track our applicants and keep them up-to-date with their status within our organization. This benefits us because we can easily keep everyone in the loop. We are also saving a lot of paper because everything is stored online.
