The team at showy has been very helpful so far! They're working hard behind-the scenes making sure that everything's running smoothly as we move into beta phase of release (which should be this month!). I'm looking forward greatly to being able use their product in our workflows internally - it will solve some problems around how much time can get lost while asking people questions over email or using Slack/HipChat etc.. We'll see once launch hits but i have no worries about them doing all they need too do make us happy customers after such an early stage :). Please try out one if you haven't already done!
