Review on MoKo Case for Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Plus/7/6/5/4/LTE: Heavy Duty Shockproof Tablet Case with Hand Strap & Kickstand in Black by Nick Ward

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good fit but uncomfortable strap -- EDIT: see review

MoKo Case Fit for Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Plus/7/6/5/4/LTE, [Heavy Duty] Shockproof Full Size Case Rugged Hybrid tablet case with wrist strap and stand suitable for Pro 7+/Pro 7/Pro 6/Pro 5/Pro 4/Pro LTE, Black The case comes in a simple but reusable packaging as a clear white plastic ziplock bag. up. The case is padded with a single piece of foam that is cut to fit the mold for shipping. When I snapped the case onto my Surface 4, it fit well and wasn't that difficult to attach. The case is molded so you can actually use an OEM Microsoft keyboard cover with it. There is a kickstand on the back of the case, although it was a bit difficult to pull out and very stiff to move, to the point that I was a little worried it might break. The wrist strap on the back of the case is a tight rubber band, in fact it was so tight I couldn't get my finger underneath. Even trying to get the nail to lift it enough to put a finger in was difficult, and I ended up using a ballpoint pen to lift the edge of the rubber enough to pinch my fingers in. Although it works like a grip, the rubber is so tight that I couldn't get my fingers more than a few inches under it, which is far from comfortable for a grip, and after using it for any length of time, my fingers would go numb become - as if this association were tight. In this case, I am extremely disappointed with the grip function. The main reason I picked this particular case is that you could use an OEM keyboard with it and it had a grip. Due to the almost unusable grip I have to rate this case much lower in my opinion than if the grip worked properly. beings? The case fits perfectly, the stand on the back works rigidly, but the standard keyboard works with it, the grip is essentially unusable. So if you are looking at this case with intentions of buying it to use the grip unless you have very small hands I would skip it and buy another model. EDIT: After reading my review about my issues with their product, the seller contacted me. They asked questions and asked for pictures about my problems. For the sake of transparency, I have attached photos that I sent to the seller. After our discussions, they got it right. I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars due to customer service. The product still needs some work, but their service is top notch.
