On the day it opened, my 1.5-year-old daughter fell in love with it immediately. I was so impressed that she immediately started looking for ways to put the pieces together (both right and wrong, ha). I like the design - it's slim and easy to hold, but it's not small enough to choke on. I love that there are learning options with different shapes, different colors and different numbers of pins/holes in the pieces so there are different types of "adjustments" and patterns I can do with her as she gets older . It seems very durable and I expect it will serve well as a favorite toy for others when she outgrows it, but I expect she will love it for a very long time!
