So I got this the day before yesterday and decided to finally use it last night. Pulled out of the packaging, a small bag of foil. Then I opened the 4 tabs securing the lid and the very first one broke off. Not the most promising start. But I was dying to try it, so I loaded the manwich in and got to work. So yes, it takes about an hour for the food to fully reheat to a suitable temperature for eating (I also stirred it from time to time). The small fork and spoon (apparently made of stainless steel) were a nice addition, as was the compartment in which to keep them. The seal used is simple rubber and cannot be removed. It's also thin, so rub underneath when cleaning. The pop up steam thingy is useless to me but useful when you put soup in it. Does it hold soup and not slosh through the pad? I won't find out. As far as I can tell it has a side heating element under the metal plate. The bowl itself is quite durable and also made from the same metal as the cutlery. It has 2 very short charging options. Both wall plug and socket adapter are about 3 meters long. It took a bit of work to plug the adapter into an outlet, but that's probably due to the novelty. The plug is also covered with a plastic plug, poor, of course not weatherproof. I did not use a separate tray because. Manwitsch 😁
