This dress has little structure/shape so when my skinny 13 year old daughter wore it she looked like she could wear it to a business meeting. Interview; it was done in a sensible/professional manner. And when I push my less-thin body into it, it still looks reasonable (thanks Lark and Ro!). It also has a shocking amount of stretch so you won't damage your clothes if you need to tuck your laptop under a table. It's also forgiving to sit for 6 hours - stretchy and comfortable in ways you really don't expect.
