Seriously, where was it when my son was born 3 years ago?! I have had many different portable pacifiers but nothing compares to this one! This is an adorable little dinosaur mold that fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. The silicone material is soft and conformable (if you're teething, it's likely to get stuck in your mouth). The speaker is surprisingly loud, but the volume is easily adjustable. There are 13 different sounds ranging from regular white noise and fan noise, water sounds, a lullaby and even a shhhh sound. My son loved rabble as a baby! If only there was a heartbeat sound... To turn it on, press and hold the center button for about 3-5 seconds. From there you can press the center button to change the sound and use the volume buttons on either side of it. To turn it off, press and hold the center button again. The only thing I would like is the auto off function. At the time of writing this review, I wasn't aware if it would turn off automatically like some of our other pacifiers (most turn off after 10-20 minutes). They say the charge lasts 8 hours; I could imagine that I accidentally left it on all night. Who knows, maybe it's good! We use our Hatch Baby Rest sound machine 24/7 and never turn it off. My 3 year old takes it everywhere! He can easily change the settings himself. I would have taken this in the car when he was a newborn as he hated car rides. Because they're so affordable, you can leave one in your car and leave the other at home. I highly recommend! It will be an adorable gift for a child's birth. Hope that helps! 😉
