Based on my testing the maximum output voltage is 12V AND ONLY IF THE BATTERY IS GREATER THAN 12V Without the electronically marked cable the maximum current is 3A. Di would be 15V*3A 45W or 20V*2.25A. There is no mention of 45W voltage and current profile in the description. This device uses only one buck converter. This means that the output voltage must be less than the input voltage. In general, this works for most 2021 smartphones, but not for Nintendo Switch and other applications.
