first let me say that this is a really high quality cooler which is a rarity these days. Stable and the legs don't really break under the weight of my laptop. I would give this thing 5 stars even if the color is a bit odd with the buttons and not the software. The real thing I disagree with is that it occupies two USB 2.0 ports. My Alienware has two USB 3.0 ports, one on each side of the laptop, and two USB 3.1 C ports, one on the side and one on the back. It just wasn't possible to use the quality cooler with the included fork Y power cable without a USB hub and extra out of pocket expense. This is ridiculous as a USB 3 cable would have sufficed and to be honest I'm tired of companies lugging around with this standard which has been around for many, many years. Thermaltake is November 2018, almost 2019. Please move with the times and make a USB 3.0 cable so you don't have to use two USB ports. If you want to include a 2.0 "Y" cable for people with older laptops, that's fine, but it shouldn't be the only thing you provide.
