Although the pulp that came out was nearly bone-dry (a plus) and easy to clean (as advertised), in my opinion it is still way over-priced. Following the instructions to a T, this juicer still would not stop foaming at the seams, leaking during juicing, and couldn’t juice simple things like pineapple without overflowing with pulp from the inner stem. To top it off, customer service is not easy to get ahold of if you’re having an issue. I would think when a business is charging SO much for their products, they could have a better customer service department and process. You will call over and over and get no answer for days, leave voicemails, and STILL get no phone call back.
