I work from home a lot and am always on my computer. I have pain in my shoulder and arm from repetitive use so I wanted something that would help. The only downside is overheating. This is really a simple solution. I just put something small like a stand under the computer. This created sufficient airflow. I deducted a star for that. My MacBook Pro fit perfectly with the armrest. My new MacBook is very thin, quite low and puts my wrists in an odd position, but it's doable.
