The ease of use, the support from our account manager (who we haven't met in person yet), and the flexibility with which they can customize their product catalogs for us. If I had any issues at all, it was that there wasn't really much customization with regards to shipping options or pricing. After speaking with a rep via email, they were willing to help me out and get me setup properly. We are using them as a way to build out a very large ecommerce website for our customers to purchase a variety of products from us (not just electronics). This is being done through them rather than having our own team create such an extensive website system.
