Review on REEGOX by Sean Moran

Heading: My time spent in REEGOX's online store was quite annoying. Their website is not designed with non-native English speakers in mind, even if they do target outdoor enthusiasts. I had trouble understanding what I was buying because of the overly technical and specific wording utilized on their website. Finding what I was looking for on the website was difficult, even with the help of a translator. In addition, the support staff was not helpful in answering my questions or solving my problems. They seemed to have a shallow comprehension of my questions and were unable to supply me with the data I required to make a well-informed buying decision. The shipping costs were so high that I couldn't even consider making an online purchase from their shop. I was unable to purchase from them since they did not offer international shipping. In conclusion, while REEGOX is a fantastic alternative for native English speakers who enjoy the outdoors, it is inaccessible to those whose first language is not English. Customer service and website accessibility for non-English speakers must be prioritized if the company wants to grow.
