Review on Mischka by Carlos Reyes

The customer service team was amazing! They were always available for questions or concerns, even with last minute changes in plans (and we had many!). I really enjoyed working closely together as well; it's such an important part having people who know what you are doing/are good at - so they can bring their expertise along side yours when needed. Sometimes our schedules didn't align perfectly but there wasn't any bad blood between us once things got figured out. It would have been nice if one person could do all aspects related to scheduling etc., because sometimes multiple parties need assistance from different areas within MISCHKA services-which causes some confusion among clients about which staff member should be contacted first regarding something specific.-but overall great experience!! We wanted someone local / near me whom knew my business & brand intimately enough AND understood social media marketing best practices.
