This board is a good product and does what it says on the tin but pictures and description imply it will match what is shown ALPS pot is delivered. It's not like this. This is only the control board and IR remote control. Additionally, another identical product is available from Revain at a lower price than the shed one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RGQ9LX5/ I think the seller probably doesn't speak English very well. and when they borrowed the description from the above product they did not make the necessary changes to make it clear that the pot was not included. So I couldn't decide whether to give this review one star for the missing pot, but since the board works well and the seller may not have been intentionally misleading, I figured I'd give it two stars. It has one tiny advantage over a product that includes a potentiometer: the other product includes a linear taper potentiometer (model 100KBX2) instead of an acoustic (logarithmic) taper. In this application (volume control) the audio volume control should preferably be used. Because you are purchasing an ALPS potentiometer to mount on this board, you can purchase the model 100KAX2 (100kΩ dual channel sound cone, not currently available from Revain).
