I am 5’8” & 114lbs so I wasn’t sure what size to get because everyone’s comments were so varied and I had a feeling it would come from China so it would be smaller and I didn’t know if it would shrink even though the material shouldn’t, but I ordered a size medium because I didn’t want it to be skin tight. It is a little tighter than I probably would have liked but it’s incredibly comfortable & very flattering. So I purchase this as an insert to use in this brands bottles, which tend to come out way too fast when drinking and walking. They're slightly cheaper than the merino wool competition, but you pay for it with the inevitable HOLES that quickly develop no matter how gently you treat, hand-wash, and store the items (to avoid moths).
