These gates are TERRIBLE! They break to the touch, the screws aren't tight enough so the hinges come loose when you open them etc etc. I wasted good money on this gate which I'm about to throw in the bin. I tried to get it working but I forgot. DO NOT BUY THEM! The company intentionally does not allow you to return or replace them for any reason. You don't deserve stars. Also, my 3 month old 6 lb puppy had a splinter on his left front leg and I had to pay my vet a significant sum to have it removed. Thank god I have pet insurance. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A 4-5 STAR GATE.
