During the course of several months during which the headphones were owned, the service was utilized twice. In the first scenario, one of the earpieces started playing at a volume that was noticeably lower than the other. Once it was received at the service location, one of the headphones was switched out for a brand new one. The second setback didn't arrive for quite some time. The same issue that occurred the first time, with the added frustration that neither of the two headphones could be attached at the same time. Both incidents occurred after the headphones had been activated for an extended period of time but had not yet been paired with the phone. I was pleasantly delighted to find that both the store and the service center were courteous, and as a result, I decided that with these headphones, I would try to experience everything to the utmost. But that wasn't the case; after the second failure, they gave the money back. As for the sound, it’s hard to say, like the reinforcements and tops they should have are wonderful, but occasionally I felt uncomfortable when the tops were played in the songs, it cuts my ears. At the midst of the norms, the bass is as modest as would be expected. Even though many people complain that the buttons on the headphones are bothersome, I have no issues with them.
