I love a big bowl of ramen (especially shin blac*) with lots of toppings. Proper noodle bowls have that slanted, straight-sided design that when I gulp down the noodles and soup, everything falls onto the narrow base. I love these 2 large 2 ton 60 ounce dishwasher safe glazed black ceramic bowls. The glaze has a pleasant texture and appearance. The set shown in the first two pictures includes 2 ceramic spoons, 2 ceramic spoon holders, a small ceramic bottle and 2 pairs of wooden chopsticks. Photo 3 shows the microwave safety test. In the past I've seen supposedly microwaveable ceramic bowls get hot. They are suitable for the microwave. Figure 3 shows the boiling of water without the heating ceramic located away from the boiling water. Perfect! The manufacturer should consider permanently marking the bottom "microwave safe". There are no marks visible. One thing I didn't like was the small holes drilled in the handles of the spoons which ruins the look and also makes the handles loose. These spoons could really do without the ugly hanging hole. Matching ceramic spoon rests and a soy watering bottle (or whatever I choose to put inside) complete the set. A pair of wooden chopsticks looks good. I recommend this Japanese ramen bowl set from HOUSITT. All in all, this is a great set at a reasonable price. I hope you found the information and my review helpful.
