Great for quickly slicing hard-boiled eggs, boiled potatoes for salad!
I LOVE this product for making egg or potato salad and quickly slicing hard boiled eggs, boiled potatoes & boiled carrots! The device is small, so it does not take up much space when stowed away and is quickly hand-washed. I've never added boiled carrots to a potato salad, but they add extra flavor and color to the salad.
