This shower head does what it says on the tin in a high pressure shower. We have medium or normal water pressure in our house. I wouldn't say we have low blood pressure, but I wanted something stronger than what we had. This shower head turned our boring shower head into a prickly shower with huge water pressure. Exactly as advertised! Installation: Installation was easy enough for an unskilled person like me. Seriously, I'm dangerous with a hammer. But I was able to remove the old showerhead and install the new one in less than five minutes. All it took was an old towel to grab and protect the shower head trim and an adjustable pair of pliers. ---Advantages: This shower head has adjustable abuse levels. You can go from a hard shower to a blood shower with a flick of your wrist. The shower head is easy to operate with one hand while the other hand is available to protect your delicate fabrics from the aftershave. --- Cons: If you like long hot showers, this probably isn't for you. This showerhead uses all of our 30 gallons of hot water in about 7 or 8 minutes. If you're not careful, you'll end up covering your entire bathroom with this stuff. When you're done, point it down. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and the quality of the product.
