Good but not great. The pulse massage stopped working

I really liked the massage jet until it stopped pulsing and turned into a regular not very big jet. As for the regular function, the usual shower mode isn't that great. Gives you a good print that comes out strong but the jet is too thin so it doesn't wash the soap off your body as expected. There is no water restrictor to remove, so you get what you get. I have high water pressure in my bathroom so I was expecting a stronger experience but sadly no banana 🍌 it might be good for low water…

  • Great for a small home

The Fire Hydrant label is no gimmick

Don't be fooled by the simple appearance of this showerhead. This is a fire hydrant. If you want to use every ounce of available water, this is your showerhead. You don't save a drop. Its design makes it possible to use the available water in the most powerful shower I have ever taken outside of a hotel. This is fantastic and probably the best shower head I have ever tried. hardly tolerate rain. In fact, I started turning the water on at only about 80% of the available flow to compensate for…

Best buy shower head!

This is the third shower head I have tried. After reading reviews and watching a few videos on YouTube, all indicators pointed to this shower head. For the price I figured why not. It was better than the $50 shower head I bought at Home Depot. It literally took my average water pressure and increased it by a factor of 4. Also, it had a better cone radius and covered a larger area of the shower stall. I don't know how they compare to other shower heads but I have to say I'm impressed. I highly…

So far it's working well, but it's a little pricey for a fake.

I have been researching this product since I received it and found it to be a counterfeit of the real thing. Came in a regular plastic bag. When I went to the website "takeashower.com" I found that this product is a registered trademark and is only available on the retailer's website and no third party (like Revain) can sell the genuine product. Revain reviews have a detailed overview of the differences between the real and the fake. This product has a plastic body compared to the heavier…

This is the best low pressure shower head I've tried.

I live in a two story house with 60 psi water pressure (average for a house) but the ceilings are high. When I push water up, it loses 5 to 10 psi, which is why my upstairs showers are a bit anemic. I decided to replace my shower head with a 2.5GPM head and had no luck. I've used 5-6 showerheads from several major brands (with the flow restrictor removed) to no avail. I saw a review that was similar to what I was expecting and they recommended this shower head. This is the first shower head…

High pressure shower from normal to low water pressure at home

This shower head does what it says on the tin in a high pressure shower. We have medium or normal water pressure in our house. I wouldn't say we have low blood pressure, but I wanted something stronger than what we had. This shower head turned our boring shower head into a prickly shower with huge water pressure. Exactly as advertised! Installation: Installation was easy enough for an unskilled person like me. Seriously, I'm dangerous with a hammer. But I was able to remove the old showerhead…

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Makes me angry

Comparison of two hydrants.

EDIT: I've changed some wording in this review based on feedback from Take a Shower LLC. Even as an upgrade after a few months of using this product, my shower remains satisfactory, but both modes don't feel as much pressure as they originally did. I can't tell if it's because I'm just used to it or if it's something about the product itself, but it's worth mentioning. Plus, after a few uses, I was able to switch modes with one hand depending on how gently I twisted it. Regardless, I've lost…

Pros
  • Durable finish
