Proudct is good, but unproven.

The tape is of good enough quality, I’m just not 100% sold on the benefit of it. I had/have Achilles tendinitis from running and I didn’t really notice much difference.

Pros

DESIGNED FOR ATHLETES. A great crossfit tape created to support and prevent common athletic sport injurie. Keep applied on the body for up to 7 days. You don't need to be a kinesio taping expert for StrengthTape, applying the tape strips is easy.

Cons

May not last through long exercise sessions

I’m using this product to stabilize a knee fracture with two torn menisci and a nondisplaced fracture. I think the taping works better than a brace and it’s not as annoying.
