Right out of the box I can say the product is made of cheap material. Not sure how long it will last, but it comes with a 1 year warranty and an additional 1 year warranty if you sign up for their "VIP" account (free account). My product creaks in the lower left corner. It's not that bad, but it shouldn't be. -1 star. After I connected the device to my MacBook Air, all keys worked fine EXCEPT one, the equals sign. BUT I called tech support and they were able to resolve my issue. Apparently my keyboard settings have not been set correctly. I don't know why but the IT department really helped! +1 star In general I am satisfied with the product. I just found that the materials used were not that cheap. Then I would believe in the durability of the product. Also the price of the product is a bit overpriced for this build quality in my opinion. I wish they were in other colors but I like the ones I have.
