I was skeptical about the purchase at first, but after installing and configuring it and even working with the support team, I am now happy with the purchase. and I have to admit that I love connecting to their cloud system. I've also set up my router for the ports that zosi uses and also set up my ddns account on the zosi dvr (not really required but it's there). , I am satisfied with the purchase
