Review on Office Star Drafting Diameter Adjustable by Trina Taylor

I got this to replace my previous chair as I need something bigger. Of course this chair is high, the lowest step is still higher than the highest step of my old chair. When my package arrived, the plunger had already gone through the box. I wish I had photographed it then, but I didn't. Thinking back I'm also not sure if they sent me a used product because the plastic wasn't sealed and some of the parts were very dusty. In the first week of use, the chair would not hold its height and would sink. sit in it for a few minutes. So I contacted the company via email and didn't even get a response. Honestly I would return it if I hadn't already disposed of my old one and if not the lowest setting of this chair is still fine. I guess I'll never sit higher, that's all. Also, don't expect the footrest to stay in place no matter how hard you try to tighten it, it won't.
