Office Star Drafting Diameter Adjustable Review

Terrible chair. Drops 4-6 inches after 5 minutes of sitting. The seller asked me to pay return shipping AND a 30% restocking fee for a DEFECTIVE CHAIR!

I paid for a new item and the large parts are definitely NOT new! It looks like the parts were taken from returned chairs, poorly repainted and thrown in a box with some pieces of cardboard.

Because my first review was rejected (I think I was too negative about shipping options and the fact that my product wasn't been delivered and it is not really known when it will be delivered), I will comment on the product as I feel it at the moment. He's too big and too small. It has a comfortable seat that is uncomfortable. He's very strong and squishy. Oh, and by the way, as I mentioned in my first review, it needs more shipping options so you don't have to wait half a month for delivery.

Loved this chair. Ordered for my husband. He arrived early which was great. Then we started assembling it and we were missing the necessary parts to hold the chair together. Ok no problem, called the company, first support rep was good but that's where it stopped. I explained the problem to her and without warning and nothing else she transferred me to the abbey. I got this to replace my previous chair as I need something bigger. Of course this chair is high, the lowest step is still higher than the highest step of my old chair. FIRST REACTION: Very happy with this chair. There were no problems with gas formation. I bought a fabric seat because PVC is carcinogenic and costs more anyway. There was really no gas release. The toe ring doesn't move either...at least not yet. It came with a cardboard thing in the ring. The instruction doesn't ask you to remove it. but apparently i removed it.
