Yes, it works well. I only needed headphones for chatting so this product is great for that. I just plugged it into my PS4's headphone jack on the controller, adjusted the PS4's mic settings, and then chatted with people while I played. The single ear design is the style I was looking for and the adjustable headset is comfortable for me. . Holds securely without feeling like a vise. The microphone is good too. Sound quality is good but basic. If you're looking for an immersive stereo surround sound headset, keep looking. However, if your main need for a basic headset is for chatting, then this is the product to consider. PS - I can also use it with my Samsung Galaxy phone. Nice bonus.
