Good quality! The clips actually hold the reels in place well compared to other reels I've tried. Based on other reviews I read I bought 2 packs. I have long thick hair and I used 18 curlers all over my head. 1 pack contains 12 rolls. You can probably do one pack, but if you have a lot of hair I recommend going for 2.
