Will not hold solid wire 12 AWG

The description says they take 12 AWG solid wire and will work for a while until you move them or the wires or try to turn them on. They seemed snug at first, but as soon as I dropped them in the box the wires started popping out. Tried multiple times and ways to make sure it's not user error. nope
