When I attempted to purchase a replacement water filter for my refrigerator from the PURELINE Company, I was met with a nightmare of a customer service experience. My search for the appropriate filter for my home equipment was made more difficult by the website's poor usability. After a long wait, I eventually got my hands on the filter, but it was immediately obvious that it was not the right one. I made an effort to get in touch with their customer service team in order to get some assistance, but their response time was slow, and when they eventually did reply, they were unhelpful and condescending. After making a number of attempts to obtain a replacement filter, I ultimately made the decision to send the wrong filter back and place an order with a different business. The procedure of returning the item was a nightmare because there were multiple forms to fill out and the instructions were unclear. The entirety of my experience with PURELINE was a complete and utter misuse of both my time and my money. My experience as a do-it-yourself (DIY) specialist has taught me a thing or two about home appliances, and both their products and their customer service left a lot to be desired. This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone, and we will not be conducting business with them in the future.
