Great for Zumba! in exercise

I don't think most people realize the difference the right pair of shoes can make in an activity like Zumba. The flexibility of the feet due to the split sole promotes the development of the foot muscles. The pivot point at the ball of the foot makes twisting and turning easy and painless. I'm in good shape, but I have fibromyalgia and I have double ankles, so shoes with a little grip immediately cause pain in my feet, knees and hips. I train to keep my joints in place and this shoe makes that possible. Before these shoes, I wore Jazz Capezio shoes, which have a much thinner sole and profile. They were much better than regular running shoes but had less cushioning in the sole and in the shoe in general. I think these shoes go much better with Zumba in general. Regarding sizing I was concerned because my street shoes are a size 5.5-6 and the Jazz Capezio shoes I had were a 7 but were still snug. I ordered 7 of these shoes and prayed they would fit - and they are great! I'm so, so happy with them. I also chose them because they are suede free, which means they are washable. I've done this every few weeks with my other Capezios and they've held up great and looked new on top even after 2 years when the sole came off. I hope these shoes last just as long. I wash cool and dry on a hanger or outside in the shade. There is no dryer. When they saw how much I love them, the other girls in the class asked where I got them from. I sent you a link to these shoes. So if you see some orders from Orange County, California, welcome! ;)
