Luggage organization is important when travelling, but this product falls short. According to my experience, the dividers don't stay in place and the material of the product doesn't seem durable enough for long term use. The only pro is that the size is suitable for carry-on bags. However, the cons outweigh this benefit. I do not recommend this packing organizer..
