Beware of color streaks

I bought two of these to replace some old monitors that stopped working and I want to say that this is a great monitor because it has a lot of great things in it. However, there is one key issue that really messes things up - the color bar. No matter what the resolution, refresh rate, or response time, everything looks and feels terrible due to color banding. I've searched online and found other people had the same problem but couldn't find a solution. I contacted their support team but was told that I need to send them to them to find out what the problem is and that it will take 10-15 days. If I didn't rely so much on having two monitors for my job I would consider it, but in the time it takes I might just get new ones from a different brand. If you're planning on getting a new watch at a decent price, stay away from MSI.
