The Swim Belt is easy to use and comfortable. The strap is made of a material similar to that of a wetsuit. That's settled. It fits my daughter who is a size 0, me and even my husband who wears a men's size large. The blue bungee is thicker than the yellow bungee also sold (we have both) which creates more drag. We are using it in the above ground pool to replace circle swimming as all the pools around us are currently closed. It was a great way for our daughter to stay competitive without having access to the team pool. The flotation belt was a great purchase and we highly recommend it.
