I have a one year old dog that I CANNOT find a suitable collar for. This is my third collar purchase. Yes, I measured his neck before buying it, but also the other collars were either TOO BIG or TOO SMALL (not from this company, from the big stores), no matter how many inches were written on them. IT FITS him PERFECTLY and I can ask him to wear it a little looser or take it up another notch for a walk on the leash without fear of it slipping off, THANK YOU! Can't comment on the strength yet, the metal seems to be "plastic" but it looks pretty decent. And I like the grommets around the holes. Only 3 stars because either a) the price was too high, or b) I didn't have enough collar in the 2 pack. If anything breaks or changes in terms of durability I will come back and update! So far so good, but where's my second collar?
