It worked for about 5 weeks and then started shutting down spontaneously. It exceeded the return window so I couldn't return it. Finally we tried to fix it and it worked for another 4 months and then broke again. Samsung support is worse. We have been on the phone with them for an hour and they refuse to change the monitor. I work from home so this is very frustrating. As a result, I had to buy a new monitor.
