actually it was too big for what it was ordered for My daughter is very addicted to Japanese anime and she has a lot of short ones , puffy skirts she likes to wear to look/mange like the anime girls in the series/manga she watches/reads, but she said that this petticoat was actually too big for the look she wanted.So , if that's not a problem for you then it's a great petticoat, but it just didn't work for us.
