Love it! They keep my little one dry. I pull the bottom cuffs over her boots and the water barely gets in. For me this is a victory. She plays on the beach and wet playgrounds and she always keeps them dry and warm. I have washed and dried them many times and they have held up well. She says the pattern of confetti reminds her of a party. She is 43 inches tall and weighs 40 pounds and I am a size 4T. I would buy these pants again.
