Review on Upgrade Your Speedy with Vachetta Leather Replacement Strap by Beth Dellman

It's perfect! Love the thickness and that it doesn't feel cheap so you get your money's worth. I took regular vacetta leather (not tanned) and the color was a bit off, it looked a bit pink, but since it's real leather I was able to darken it with olive oil and it now matches the vacetta leather on my vintage -Speedometer. The hardware is only slightly different, but that's okay, it certainly complements the bag well. It looks like the real deal! In case you're interested, I found some brass D-rings here at Revain, as well as a leather punch to turn my Speedy into a shoulder bag :)
