Worth the money but maybe easier to get.
Bought these for my wife because she has problems with Peloton shoes. I was a bit apprehensive about getting them out as I prefer to ride in my running shoes. I found a video on the internet on how to take them off as it's very difficult as you can't get a good grip and twist at the same time. Once I learn this trick, I can take them off and put them back on with relative ease.
