This is normal, not surprising.
Everything is fine, I had to clean it. I wouldn't say it's any better than other cleaners like Mean Green in terms of cleaning. The only win this product has over something like bleach or Mean Green is that it's odorless and not harmful. I would probably buy it again if it was in stores for those two reasons alone, but I'll have to keep looking for something stronger. I'm sticking with chemicals because they're cheaper and you don't have to wait/pay for shipping.
