I bought these on the recommendation of my personal trainer. Leaning against the wall, I press it against my upper chest (just below my collarbones) and roll it until I find a particularly tender spot. I stop at this point, lean there and take deep breaths in and out. I take 3-5 breaths into a painful area and press a little harder with each exhale. It helped release tension and tight muscles I didn't even know I had trouble with. I thought all my tension was in my back and shoulders and I spent so much time relaxing those areas. By shifting my focus to releasing tension in my chest, my upper back and shoulders finally felt better. It's much easier to stand up straight and keep your shoulders back by using these balls for a few minutes every night. "Acupoint" Set of Two Physical Therapy Balls Ideal for: Yoga, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Self Myofascial Release Massage Tools.
