I read all the reviews about this and similar products and decided to take a chance. Big mistake. The CD did not play at all. The tape played, but the volume only worked one way - down - with no way to turn it back on. At this point I hadn't even tried programming the radio or figuring out the rest. It was carelessly made and a big disappointment. I was also looking for a 4 piece long slot toaster and it seems like all the electronics went to hell in a flimsy basket. Names like Sony no longer stand for quality.
