Call2Dial is great to use especially during tax season!!!

The most useful part was how easy it was for me as my own assistant, I can do all of this from anywhere with no limitations or restrictions! So far there's not anything i dislike about call 2 dial but maybe when they make more software available we don't know what will be missing then? We have been using them since March 2016 so everything has gone smoothly up until now nothing bad at least yet :) If anyone wants good customer service give us some time before giving any feedback if someone needs help just ask and get instant answers because our team here are very helpful & friendly!!

Pros

Easy to use
Very fast response times (within minutes)
Full contact history provided by each caller which is great especially in case you want something specific like an email address also their directory search engine makes finding customers much easier than other platforms.
Customer support staff knowledgeable enough that gives solutions without having too many questions asked
A lot less expensive alternative compared ot competitors such AT&T/Sprint/
