The dispenser is a joke, no joke
For a long time I've been looking for ONE sheet that can be pulled up to the hole. I tried starting from the center, but each one I could grab only pulled off a small piece. Then I tried outside, to no avail. Back in, then pulled out a full roll of sheets. I took one and stuffed the roll back into the jar.
